Kumaran Nadesan is a former civil servant with a lengthy track record of entrepreneurship and community service. He has served in the Ontario Public Service (OPS), supporting the Government of Ontario, for 15 years where he held progressively senior roles at the Ministries of Government and Consumer Services, the Solicitor General, and the Attorney General. Since leaving the OPS, Mr. Nadesan oversees group strategy for 369 Global and is also cross-appointed as the interim Chief Executive Officer of one of the group’s key subsidiaries – 369Konnect, Canada’s first creative + capital + capability agency. He has a B.A. (Hons.) in English and Psychology from the University of Toronto Scarborough and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Public Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Mr. Nadesan has lived in different parts of the world and immigrated to Canada 25 years ago from the Sultanate of Oman.
