In his role, Jugaansan Thayalan is responsible for the overall business health of the organisation including strategy formulation, capital allocation, financial oversight, and management of ISO 9001 quality program. In addition to his role at CSI, Mr. Thayalan is also a member of the WeTraq start-up team focusing on enabling seniors, especially individuals that suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, and completed his Bachelor of Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
